CT-630 is the current lead product in development for CanThao Corp. CT-630 is a truly unique anti-cancer agent that is unlike any other oncologic treatment product on the market or in development at this time. It is derived from all natural products, purified, and formulated into an oral administer agent with essentially no ill-side effects. CT-630 is now in clinical trial in Brazil with clinical data to be released within the next year.
The product had some very promising results in the U.S. before going into formal clinical trial abroad.
Case:
A 70 year old male patient presented with biopsy-proven end-staged primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) with metastisis to both lungs. His Alpha-Feto-Protein (blood tumor marker) was elevated to 224 (normal range: 0-7). He had lost over 20 lbs within the last month, with extreme lost of energy and lack of appetite. He saw both medical and surgical oncologists who both agreed that his cancer was too advance for any curative treatment and only option was palliative chemotherapy which came with a high side-effect profile.

He elected to try CT-630 on a compassionate trial basis. Within one month, he showed great clinical improvement with significant tumor reduction within the liver and within two months, he had tumor reductions in the lung as well. His AFP levels had dropped and his over clinical status improved significantly.

Overall, he lived with excellent quality of life without ill-side effects from the composition for over 3 years. His life expectancy at time of diagnosis was less then 4 months.
It was with this landmark case that CT-630 began its human clinical experience.
We fully expect for the current trial on CT-630 to show significant anti-cancer effects on primary liver, great nutritional benefits, low side-effect profile and significant prolongation of life expectancy for end-stage liver cancer patients.
We full anticipate expanding our trials to other deadly cancers upon positive results of our trial on liver cancer.
